Responsible for directing, leading and managing, the plant operation, budget and growth agenda.

Effectively demonstrating leadership, coaching and developing a large work team of a +320ppx to accomplish Plant targets/objectives.
• Benchmarking the plant in AMEA ISC, in Safety, Quality and Cost.
• Leading the IL6S journey/program, towards achieving the CBN (compelling business needs) and the expected culture change through 100% engagement and Zero mindset (Zero incidents, Zero quality defects, Zero losses) and through the Zero Loss Journey.
• Ensure serving the business in the right time and with the right quantity to meet best in class customer service level.
• Ensure project execution through Initiative Management.
• Ensure minimum material stock level/inventory to enhance cash flow.
Responsible for the production, maintenance and CI (continuous improvement) analyst(s) team
• Effectively demonstrating leadership, coaching and developing a large work team of a +250ppx to accomplish operational objectives.
• Ensure safe work environment through implementation of safety awareness programs (behavioral safety awareness)
• Identify, diagnose and resolve operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems throughout CI tools to achieve monthly operational targets.
• Manage high volume manufacturing with the products SKUs complexity per month per line (ensuring center-lining for the optimum changeover) to achieve the minimum/best SKU cycle rate
• Coaching IL6S for building the team capabilities and develop 100% team engagement.
• Establish and maintain acceptable quality levels/standards for all assigned products/lines to ensure right first time products and best manufacturing practices are achieved.
• Interpret and develop reports including standard operating procedures to ensure right operating practices are met.
• Cost, plan and control the operating budget.
• Production/supply planning for the category - (SCORe-SAP)
o Scheduling of production plan based on the different BUs demand loaded, production line(s) availability, material availability…etc.
• Managing Material Planner(s) - (MRP)
o Managing planning/ordering/receiving of raw & pack material (Local & Export) through calculating & analyzing requirements based on Production plan, available stocks, open orders as well as formula cards which are performed on monthly & weekly basis
o Control inventories of raw and packaging material
• Managing Raw & Pack Warehouses Operationally.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
• Ensuring and checking of engineering deliverables according to the KRAFT policies of safety and quality requirements.
• Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
• Ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants.
• Preparation of engineering project proposals.
• Budget monitoring and trend tracking.
• Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and management project issues.
• PROJECTS I Was Responsible For/Handled/Managed:
o Execution phase of the cracker/TUC and wafer line
o Commissioning and startup of Oreo
o TUC Flavour equipment execution and product commissioning/startup as well.
o Packaging system of chocolate moulded line and commissioning of Bubbly product.
o Packaging system of moulded line including automatic secondary packaging
o Packaging system fully automatic for Flake line
o Handled a new Flake line
• Ensure that the bottling operations of all products are as per Clorox standards.
• Improve bottling operations efficiency and follow up on equipment reliability.
• Plan for all bottling operations. (Production - Material Requirements -……)
• Constantly review material utilization reports and take all necessary steps for improvements.
• Responsibility of bottling operations, in terms of planning and developing business systems.
• Responsibility for safety and environment performance of related operations.
• Responsible for developing bottling team budget forecast as well as reviewing spending versus budget and taking corrective actions where necessary.
• Responsible for encouraging cost saving projects amongst team.
