Working side by side with Sr consultants to do the following:
• Responsible for gathering user requirements, assigning work schedules to technical and testing all SCM cycle .
• Analyzing business rules and requirements.
• Preparing user guide documentation.
• Identify Reporting Requirements.
• Identifying feasible alternative workaround solutions where appropriate.
• Evaluating specific requirements and recommending how each can be incorporated in the generic model.
• Advising, guiding, and supporting the end users.
• Setting up the Oracle Applications on the testing environment and the production one.
Daily Work & Support:
• Creating users, responsibilities & menus for users.
Order Management :
• Order to cash cycle
• Defining sales persons.
• Troubleshooting different forms.
• Creating price lists.
• Creating Modifiers in advanced pricing.
• Creating transaction types.
Purchasing :
• procure to pay cycle.
• Landed cost management.
Inventory:
• Defining Organizations.
• Internal transfer.
• Defining items.
• Reservations.
• Support and troubleshoot.
• AP & AR modules.
• Delivering standard training for the key and end users.
• Building standard User Guide for the trainees for all previous modules.
Working on ASWAQ ERP regarding administrating the system doing the following:
• Creating users & responsibilities.
• Creating Warehouses.
• Creating inventory items and prices.
• Order to Cash Cycle Support.
• Procure to Pay Cycle Support.
• Closing and Opening Financial year.
• Supporting users by solving their problems.
