Job Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection
• Proactively support in all pre and post recruitment activities such as short listing applications, correspondence with line departments/candidates, preparation of required documentation, briefing candidates/ recruits on all pre and post joining formalities, answering all queries raised by candidates and line departments
Post the approved vacancy advertisements on contracted recruitment portals
Coordinate and set-up interviews and conduct reference checks on candidates. As and when required, attend selection interviews as HC panel member for junior positions.
• Ensure all pre and post joining documents are collected from recruits and ensure that it meets the criteria/pre joining conditions.
• Maintain and update accurate vacancy/ recruitment database and status reports at all times and provide the same to HC Manager
• Ensure candidate hardcopy and softcopy databases are updated and maintained at all times for record and easy retrieval purposes.
• Ensure the visa documents are handed over to PRO and follow up for on time delivery of visas.
• Coordinate and communicate with concerned Line Manager regarding joining of candidates to ensure the candidates join within in the time as per the business requirement.
• Coordinate with the team for arranging pre-employment medical, visa, air ticket etc. for local and overseas candidates to ensure a smooth transition of the selected candidate in to the Company
• Prepare Contract of employment letter to selected candidates based on specific details provided by the Managers and obtain candidate acceptance to ensure their joining in the company is within the time limit.
• Handle any other HR related tasks & duties & general administrative duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Oracle Database
• Enter & Raise requisitions in procurement when required
• Maintain all employee details accurately in the Oracle database and promptly update all period changes to employee records in the Oracle HRMS.
Leave Management
• Maintain up to date leave database records & follow up on duty resumption.
Answering all queries raised by employees in regards with their leaves
• Generate accurate monthly reports (Leave records for all Departments if applicable and any other reports requested by the Manager HC)
• Assist in the correct implementation of the company’s policy and procedures.
Training and Development
• Assistance in Training & Development by scheduling trainings, coordinating with suppliers, and retaining all training evaluation forms from the delegates.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct Induction Training and some soft skills trainings
• Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
• Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization;
• Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates;
• Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
• Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information
• Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
• Undertaking regular salary reviews;
• Negotiating with staff and their representatives (for example, trade union officials) on issues relating to pay and conditions;
• Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
• Plan and organize Employees Engagement Programs
• Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
• Developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements;
• Planning and sometimes delivering training - including inductions for new staff;
• Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
• Perform other related duties as required
Job Responsibilities:
• Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house) for corporate, HR training and more
• Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)
• Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
• Use accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques
• Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs
• Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding instructional design
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
• Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
Job Responsibilities:
• Conducting some product knowledge refresher trainings for (Prepaid and Postpaid lines)
• Handle Customers inquires and complaints.
• Log customer details on the CRM.
• Provide customer with accurate information and right solutions.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

• Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
• Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
• Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
