• Manage & Review job descriptions for all positions.

• Reviews work contracts for new appointments, Q1, and work stubs, approve work contracts, deliver a copy to the employee, continues recording Q1, sends work stubs on time, and saves a copy of it with the mail folder in the employees file.

• Reviews the issuance of government health insurance cards and follows up on the issuance procedures until receiving government health insurance cards and books.
• Sources, researches, interviews, screens, and refers job candidates for job openings.

• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
• Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
• Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
• Addition and Deletion of employees for medical cards and refund for all climates.
• Open bank accounts for employees and follow up with the bank to get the best service. - Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
• Evaluates current HR practices and policies. Identifies gaps and inefficiencies and provides solutions.
• Knowledge of prevailing pay rates is a plus.

1-Meet newly hired and resigned employees to help them sign the required
documents and answer any requires.
2-Prepare and maintain records and compile statistical reports, concerning
personnel related data such as hires & transfers.
3-Review time sheets in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
4-Prepare and balance period end reports and reconcile issued payroll to bank
transfer.
5-Issue and record adjustment to pay related to pervious errors or retroactive
increases.
6-Collect employee’s hiring documents, prepare employment contracts, Social
Insurance forms and forward them to the Sir .Personnel Specialist for review.
7-Listing employees in the personnel & payroll data base
8-Ensure complying with the labor law and social insurance office
9-Keeping employees files always updated
10-Administer medical care to new employee enrollment, termination & claims
and installment payments and effecting claim refunds to staff.
11-Prepare HR letters for the outsourced employees.
Work Experience:
12-Respond to outsourced employees’ inquiries regarding their employment in
order to maintain cooperative relationships.
13-Compile statistical reports statements and summaries related to pay and
benefits accounts and submit to appropriate departments
• Process all staffing and personnel requests to ensure that business is not interrupted and employees perform their work efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure that all employees data is up-to-date and all HR Processes comply with Labor law.
• Manage the implementation and interpretation of HR policies & procedures to ensure a high standard of discipline, organization, and transactional justice across the company.
• Oversee the provision of HR services in line with policy guidelines to ensure employee satisfaction at optimal cost, time, and quality.

• Administer employees work attendance and monitor their punctuality.
• Coordinate the employee annual leave schedules and leave processing, and update all annual leave issues.
• Handle all issues relating to occupational safety and health Prepare new hire and termination paperwork.
• Follow up and ensure that all issues related to medical insurance are accomplished properly with no delays or errors.
• Prepare employee contracts, and assign and enter employee identification numbers into the personnel system.
• Perform the renewal of contracts and preparations for residency visas.
• Execute the payroll process in coordination with the Finance Department.
• Administer discipline and related dismissal procedures.
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate data management system.
• Prepare or complete various forms, reports, personnel files, statistical reports, survey information, and reports of research results.
• Receive various forms, reports, personnel movement notice forms, personnel records, classification, reference materials, or other documentation, and follow the related procedure as appropriate.
• Assist management in writing letters, memos, and other communications for release to employees.
• Handling everything related to foreign work permits.
