Duties Responsibilities: -
1-Responsible for all Review of Contractor's submittals including material submissions, shop drawings, calculations, method statements etc.
2-Responsible to follow up the contractor and Attend weekly/ periodic site meetings with Contractor, Employer, Lead Consultant and any/all other stakeholders as and when required
3-Responsible for all inspection requests and to confirm that all works is done according to approval shop drawings and specifications.
4-Advise Project Director of any serious issues that need critical/ urgent resolution on part of any of the stakeholders.
5-Review shop drawings with consciousness of coordination with other trades like mechanical, Arch structural and any specialist disciplines.
6-Responsible for all material inspection and confirm that all material delivered to the site is approved according to the approved material submittal and specifications.
7-Issue SWI's and NCR’s when required and attend meetings with design team members
