o Preparation of initial budgets, Priced BOQ, Specifications, CSI Specs & BOQs for tendering.
o Preparation of tender documents (general & particular specifications, BOQ, Tender Clarifications, Post Tender Clarification; PTC, ….etc)
o Evaluate vendors quotations. Manage & specify the nominated Vendors; Brands & Subcontractors.
o Study of the Cost of all activities and preparing of the cost analysis reports of all items & tasks.
o Study the submitted bids for the projects, Prepare the Tender Analysis & the comparison between the bids of Tenderers.
o Manage the selection of the Contractors
o Prepare the contract Agreement.

provide guidance.
o Preparation of Budgets & Bids of all Projects using
Candy software.
o Prepare Direct and Indirect Cost estimates using
Candy software.
o Scheduling of Cash Flow & pre-tender Planning
Time Schedule using Candy.
o Organizing of Payments, Contractual & Variations
Claims.
o Assist & Advise for the Selection of Subcontractors
and negotiate their prices.
o Advise on Procurement strategy & RFQs response.
o Review Quotations and ensure most compliant
price selection as proposed by procurement
engineer.
o Negotiate tender price with client.
o Maintain & update the data base of direct &
indirect costs.
* Projects :
Variety Projects of Commercial Residential Buildings over AED 5 billion tender jobs
and over AED 1.5 billion done jobs. . Annual Turn-over (AED 500 Million ).
o Manage the Tenders’ Department.
o Assign responsibilities for quantity surveyors and provide guidance
o Take quantities and Preparation of Budgets & Bids of all Projects.
o Prepare Direct and Indirect Cost estimates.
o Assist for Scheduling of Cash Flow.
o Organizing of Payments, Contractual & Variations Claims.
o Assist & Advise for the Selection of Subcontractors and Negotiate their prices.
o Assist & Advise for Cost Control in post tender phase.
o Advise on Procurement strategy, RFQs response & Tech. Submittals.
o Review Quotations and ensure most compliant price selection as proposed by procurement engineer.
o Prepare the commercial tender for submission & negotiate the tender price with the client.
o Maintain & update the data base of direct & indirect costs.
o Analyze alternate means & methods to determine the most economic alternative.
* Projects :
Variety Projects of Commercial Residential Buildings over AED 2 billions tender jobs
and over AED 1.25 billions done jobs. . Annual Turn-over (AED 150 Million )
o Management & oversight the Construction of the Projects.
o Review & Approval of Technical Submittals " Subcontractors, Time Schedule, Shop Drwgs & Materials”.
o Reviewing of the contractor’s payment requests, and issue the monthly valuations’ certificates.
o Review & Approval of Variation Claims & issue of Certificates.

o Commercial
o Share in Preparing of Tender documents “Specifications & BOQS “.
o Checking of Standards and Specifications' compliance.
o Manage & Oversee the Construction of the Projects.
o Review & Approval of Technical Submittals " Subcontractors, Time Schedule, Shop Drwgs & Materials.
o Reviewing of the contractor’s payment requests, and issue the monthly valuations’ certificates.
o Review & Approval of Variation Claims & issue of Certificates.

o Variety Projects.
o Commercial Residential Buildings / Towers.
o Many Villas, many warehouses & many Mosques.
o Site Management & manage all phases of construction.
o Monthly Bills Preparation & Discussion with Consultant & Client Engineers.
o Cost & Quantities Estimation.

o Many Projects with M/s. Military Works Department (MWD).
o Maintenance of Royal Guard Battalion, Abu- Dhabi.
o Maintenance of Al Jumeira Camp, Dubai, ( MWD ).
o Site Management & manage all phases of construction.
o Monitoring day-to-day activities and progress.
o Monthly Bills Preparation & discussion with Consultant Engineers.
