Perform Delay Analysis and EOT / Cost Claim Report.
Prepare Progress Report Internal / External for Client, PMC /Top Management.
Prepare Recovery, Revised, Target Schedule.
Develop comprehensive, logic linked, project programs for projects incorporating resource loading/forecasting, materials planning, cost-loading and earned value forecasting and reporting.
Continuously monitor the programs prepared to accurately reflect progress and maintain accurate earned value and resource data for internal and external purposes.
Develop and monitor Programme KPIs
Identify critical paths and ensure action plans are developed and implemented to maximize project quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
Provide regular reports and feedback to management on key issues and focus areas. This includes weekly dashboards, incorporating (but not limited to) Project Issues, Key Risks, Program movement and recovery plans, Client Issues, and change.
Conduct regular project co-ordination meetings on the status of the project with specific reference to engineering activity, sourcing, quality, cost, and delivery.
Support the Project Director with business requests and auditing the programs against the planning procedure / work instruction.
Ensure all programs under their control are updated and reviewed in line with the company’s processes, including PMS updates.
This role will be measured against the timeliness and accuracy of reporting.
To be forward planned to meet project deliverables, using P6 Project Planning software or related planning software.
Day to day Projects Delivery task in alignment with the applicable RUA internal Projects Delivery policies and procedures.
High level in Using ERP-System To Follow Up Projects and Cost Status.
Create and Prepare Project Budget Matrix, Tracking, and Control.
Prepare and analyze for any EOT and Cost Claims.
Assist in the defense/approval of any claim for time extension or major change to the schedule
Prepare Project Forecast Report "PFR".
Perform planning functions for preparing Bid schedules and Project schedules.
Perform and prepare Procurement Plan.
Evaluate the time schedule status on monthly basis across all projects with any delays or changes and reflect its impact on time and cost.
Review Updates of all project schedules based on the Actuals and rates as per contract.

Duties and Responsibility:
❑Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
❑Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
❑Sett out, leveling, surveying, and organizing facilities at the site.
❑Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
❑Performing work during the execution phase of projects & Overseeing building work.
❑Supervising quality control and health and safety matters on site.
❑Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any Sub-Contractors.
Manage & Quantity Surveying of construction for Subcontractors' Works.
❑Review Sub-Contractor work performance and project status updates.
❑Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
❑Preparing reports as required.
❑Ensure equipment and manpower resources are being used efficiently.
❑Provide input into the scheduling of projects to meet the client's required deadline and maintain construction resources to acceptable levels.
❑Ensure work is performed per plans and specifications via coordination with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Functional Checkout (FCO) groups.
❑Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers, and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
