King Salman Park (KSP)
• It’s considered to be the largest Park in the world with total area of 16 km2 and 5 subprojects: Royal Arts Complex, Visitors Pavilion, Sport Facilities, Golf Course and Equestrian Centre. The estimated cost of the scope is around 8 billion SAR.
• Managing the site works using Autodesk Construction Cloud, ASANA and linking all the project submittals, issues, site photos and daily reports to the drawing plans.
New King Abdul-Aziz International Airport - Phase 1:
• It’s considered to be one of the largest International Airports in the world with 40 billion SAR total estimated costs. The total area of Terminal (1) is estimated at 810 thousand m2. It can accommodate 30 million passengers annually. It includes three-storey hotel for passengers arriving on international transit flights comprising 120 rooms. It is also Including one of the highest control towers in the world. It contains 3 main load centres, 46 pumps of firefighting water, 2 integrated information centres. in addition to a mosque that can accommodate about 3732 worshipers. The multi storey car park can accommodate 21, 665 parking spaces. Besides the infrastructure network (Box Culverts, Electrical and Water networks).
• Supervising all structural works for infrastructure works (Storm Drainage and Fuel Box Culverts (600 * 15) m2, Manholes, Pump Stations, Duct Banks, Lighting Poles around Passenger Terminal Building…)
• Reviewing the design and the shop drawings for being matched with the site.
• Estimating the required human and physical resources.
• Updating the project schedule periodically and comparing it with the baseline to avoid any deviation.
• Using schedule optimization techniques, project compression techniques and alternative analysis to achieve the planned scope with the minimum duration.
New King Abdul-Aziz International Airport - Phase1
• Handing over the project by reorganizing and establishing the QA\QC department and applying a new Communication Management Plan with new Virtual Team in order to get the Formal\ Final acceptances for all the deliverables\ Non-Conformance.
• Maintain, review and administer quality system procedures including non-conformance reports, site instructions, and requests for information.
• Corrective and preventive action by coordinating with technical office, Estimation unit, Cost control and Survey department to close the rejected documents.
• Ensure that all the materials to be used and installed conforms to the project relevant MIR’s and approval of the client
• Ensure that the project quality plan is implemented at all times during the stages of works up to hand over and commissioning.
• Follow up day to day site inspection and all the open pending RFI’s
Its Ranked as the largest hotel in the world consisting of a ring of 12 towers 45 storeys high, with 10, 000 bedrooms, 70 restaurants, and five rooftop helipads. The estimated project cost is $3.5 billion, and will span approximately 1.4 million square meters.
- Supervising structural works.
- Reviewing requirements of the specification and relevant standards and ensure understandings and compliance of work done with the specified requirements of the specification and drawings.
- Supervising all form works and scaffolding (DOKA system) and ensuring all form works are carried out in accordance with DOKA drawings.
- Overall, supervision and coordination of General Foremen areas of responsibilities and allocation of work areas. Follow-up to ensure execution of work is carried out in accordance with approved method statements.
- Preparing Daily Reports and estimating the Productivity Rates.
o Supervising all site works for 13 Governmental Health Centers in Tabuk zone, Saudi Arabia.
- Supervising site engineers works and follow-up with sub-contractors the efficient usage of materials to minimize wastage.
- Planning the sites using surveying tools (Levels), (Total Station).
- Supervised site works for all structural elements.
- Making Bill of Quantities, writing contracts, proposals and preparing daily - weekly - monthly reports using Microsoft Office.
- Making shop and as built drawings using Auto-Cad.
- Repairing all unstructural cracks using Metal Laths and HILTI Fastening tools.
- Managing all the work by making Bar Charts, Time schedules, Cost control, resources analysis, risk analysis.
o Building Maintenance and Repair Works.
- Repairing unstructural cracks using Metal Lath (Ribbed & Diamond...) and HILTI Fastening tools.
- Repairing structural cracks and installation reinforcement bars using Anchoring Grouts and Epoxies…
- Repairing all old saturated plaster works…
Shaker Hotel, Al-Naeem District
• Supervising all site works of 12 storey's Building, (Basement, Ground floor, Mezzanine and 9 typical floors).
• Redesigning all the floors using SAP. Program trying to use the minimum number of steels. And by choosing a Hollow block slab as a main statical system using fire retardant foam blocks.
• Drawing all the cross sections and details of the reinforcement, (shop drawing), using Auto Cad. And making Bill of Quantities.
• Preparing the bid packages and award the bid to the sub-contractor who meets with the Project Schedule Baseline.
• Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time.
o Supervised site works for all concrete and finishing works in five storey four apartment buildings. Al-Katameya, Cairo.
• Supervising site works for post tensioned slabs\bridges with all their stages (implementation -stressing cables - Grouting) and stressing (short) cables of prestressed earth anchors in retaining walls for the following projects:
1. THE VILLAGE MALL OF PALM HILLS, New Cairo,

Supervising implementation of post tensioned circular flat slabs, Hollow Blocks, Hydraulic lift slab, unbounded post tensioning cables, releasing stressed cables, repairing post tensioning buildings, stressing short cables with less than 10 cm long and Bill of Quantity of post tensioning works for the following projects:
• Vodafone C3 building, Smart Village, Cairo.
• LV Swiss Factory, Burj Al-Arab, Alexandria.
• Juhaina Factory, 6th of October City, Cairo.
• RAYA Building, Smart Village, Cairo.

Designing all elements of three story huge building (hospital) with different live loads using solid slab and flat slab and hollow blocks systems. 2. Designing two story building of library with presentation hall using multi story frames. 3. Designing all elements of elevated circular tank 49m height and 25m diameter by making 3D model using SAP program and Auto Cad .…etc.
