- Lead activities that involve site execution, contract management, proposal/bidding, project start/finish dates, resolving conflicts, risk identification, invoicing, claims management, arbitration, relation with clients/sub-contractors/suppliers, material/manpower costs and conventional construction practices. Schedule detailed phases of project usually with one discipline to other multi disciplines or staff group.
- Develop, implement and review contracts by ensuring that best practices are followed and all updates are available to each project member.
- Ensure all the technical documents are controlled, maintained and updated as required in accordance with company QHSE procedures in accordance with contractual terms.
- Develop and sustain client relationship.

Implementation of construction drawing as per design and specifications.
Closely monitor site activities, fully coordinate with Consultants Team.
Coordination with Project manager to arrange and conduct Quality Meetings with Project Team on regular time interval agreed as per company policy.
Review construction drawing as per site conditions.
Supervision of Anchors drilling, installation, grouting in Diaphragm wall Panels, anchor strands, steel casing application in case of bore collapses, anchor strand stressing.
-Coordination with Project manager to arrange and conduct Quality Meetings with Project Team on regular time interval agreed as per company policy.
-Assistance in compilation of monthly BOQ reports regarding pay estimates.
-Implementation of construction activities as per drawing and specifications.
-Reviewing of construction drawings.
- Supervision of construction activities.
-Compilation of monthly progress report regarding project activities.
-Inspection of steel reinforcement and construction supervision of concrete work including quality and quantity.
-Reviewing of construction drawings as per site condition.
