•Essential developing training plan for all team members to be qualified enough to reach the company objectives
•Evaluate/ develop the behaviors of the team members to avoid any internal problems.
•Understanding the client culture to promote a suitable service that led to earn their satisfaction
•Well grasp what is other competitors are offering to their customers and avoid the mistakes that can be occurred during the operations. all the above mentioned is not limited to the services or the job that could be dine inside the department
