Conducting a comprehensive examination of all influences within the commercial center by evaluating the performance (qualitative - digital) through special checklists that are developed according to the project needs through a complete work system that includes all departments, sectors. By applying the system procedures followed in its application with all elements that will help in monitoring the performance evaluation weekly, monthly, and annual reports. the following component will be used to adapt the performance: -
•Confirm the presence of all members/teamwork.
•Emphasize the application rules will be clearly for all members.
•Setting a proper solution for the problems that might be facing during the implementation of the system.
•View and analyze the growth rates in the performance that will aid to achieve the desired goals and department objectives.
•Maintain the standards that will support the operation inside the department
•Improve the ability to face and work during the internal / external factors to reach the highest level of customer satisfaction.
•Essential developing training plan for all team members to be qualified enough to reach the company objectives
•Evaluate/ develop the behaviors of the team members to avoid any internal problems.
•Understanding the client culture to promote a suitable service that led to earn their satisfaction
•Well grasp what is other competitors are offering to their customers and avoid the mistakes that can be occurred during the operations. all the above mentioned is not limited to the services or the job that could be dine inside the department
