• Duties & Responsibilities: -
- Creating of The Base of Design Report.
- Create 2D Drafting & 3D Modeling.
- Clash Detection.
- Conducting all necessary technical Coordination between all departments (STR & MEP ).
- Reviewing Comments & RFI and update the model to suit Project Needs. - Template and Families Creation.
- Conducting all necessary technical Solutions to suit project and design needs.
- Building Architectural Design on BIM.
- Make a study for Alternative architectural technical solutions.
- Conducting all necessary technical and design solutions to suit codes regulations (DM, DDA, etc. …… ) .
- Creating all projects stages and LOD deliverables ( SD, DD, Tender, IFC ) .
- Conducting all necessary technical and design solutions to suit client needs .
Projects:
1-Wadi El Natron Hospital. 2 -Security Forces Complex. 3 -Motel.
o Client: GMC.
• Duties & Responsibilities: - - 2D Drafting & 3D Modeling for models.
- Coordinate with other disciplines. - Template and Families Creation. - Clash Detection and model reviewing with Navisworks. - Reviewing Comments & RFI and update the model to suit Project Needs. - Making ID detailed Modeling, Landscape modeling, as-built drawings, plans, elevations & Sections, and architectural shop drawings. - Prepare Project Schedules and Quantities Per Each Item. - Making Dynamo Scripts Which Help in the project process. - Participate With R&D by helping to add Add-ins and Plugins Which Help in the project process. - Sheet generation for all stages of submissions & exporting the files into various formats. - Updates models/ drawings as per changes in design and material approval. -Carry out periodic visits to the site to follow up on the progress of work and coordinate with the implementation team & Contractors. - Participate in putting BIM Execution Plan.

• Duties & Responsibilities: - - Participate With IT Team to Create New Ides For New Revit Add-ins & Plugins . - Testing New Add-ins & Detect Clashes To Be Fixed and Modify . - 2D Drafting & 3D Modeling For Models LOD (100-200-300-350-400-500) . - Coordinate with other disciplines . - Clash Detection and model reviewing with Navisworks. - Template And Families Creation . - Reviewing Comments and RFI and update the model to suit Project Needs . - Making ID detailed Modeling, Landscape modeling, as-built drawings, plans, elevations, Sections, architectural shop drawings . - Prepare Project Schedules And Quantities Per Each Item. - Participate With R&D by helping to add Add-ins and Plugins Which Help in the project process. - Sheet generation for all stages of submissions & exporting the files into various formats. - Updates models/ drawings as per changes in design and material approval. - Participate in putting BIM Execution Plan
