 Install, configure, and control Browse Control Server.
 Install and configure Cisco wireless access point for WIFI services.
 Install and configure Net Support Manager for remote accessing and full monitoring.
 Install and configure Cisco Security Surveillance Camera.

 Screens all calls and following clinic guidelines direct appropriately to physicians, administrators and other staff.
 Takes messages following guidelines related to timeline and accuracy and processes appropriately.
 Announces emergencies following protocols.
 Promote customer care and help customers to resolve all their queries.
 Give appropriate and relevant information to the customers.
 Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customers business confidential.
