1) COST CONTROL MANAGER, AT RIYADH VISION FOR TRADING (KSA)
PROJECTS: ILLY CAFÉ, OKKU SUSHI AND GONTRAN CHERRIER
- Develop cost management plan and related SOP.
- Budgeting preparation and analyze projection variances on monthly basis.
- Track sales, cost & conduct variance analysis, on regular basis.
- Conduct inventory control process including different activities, such as but not limited to cycle counts, control purchase orders & control wastage.
- In floor spot check the raw material production process, hygiene based on HACCAP protocol.
- Setup data flow and the software integration between POS and ERP.
- Setup chart of accounts in terms of cost.
- Engineer menu and classify food profitability with scheme of action plan.
- Conduct new items costing and suggest selling price with scheme of market benchmark.
- Business units’ KPIs generation, with scheme an action plan.
- Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures to maximize efficiency and optimize costs.
- Remain acutely aware of market trends that could impact resource costs.
- Set inventory par level inventory and develop control procurement process.
- Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity.
- Conduct training programs of business processes and new technical systems.
- Analysis different data and represent the output information in a clear representation’s reports.
- Methodically planning different projects and meeting deadlines ahead of schedule.
- Submit to the project manager the new project cost estimates, earned value analysis, and conduct cost control process.
PROJECTS: PAUL CAFÉ, EATALY, KOSIBASI, BUTCHERSHOP AND GRILL.
- Lead, train a team of 4 to meet department KPIs
- Track daily sales report and analysis it along with its cost.
- Store KPIs generation, with scheme an action plan.
- In store spot check inventory, recipes, hygiene and expiration dates.
- Conduct training programs of business processes and new technical systems.
- Keep eye on all inventory transactions physical and system are matched.
- Monthly inventory with investigation any shrinkage.
- Cost analysis on monthly basis.
- Same senior duties with more micro tasks.
PROJECTS: ZARA, MASSIMO DUTTI, BERSHKA, PULL & BEAR, SUNGLASS HUT.
- Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines.
- Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in the stock.
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including cycle counts.
- Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
- Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
- Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions.
- Nurture positive relationships with suppliers and provide customer service as needed
Receive the client list of products that the company will export and related conditions.
Go to the production site and validate the final product against the client check list.
