• Performing overall risk assessment and planning prior to the commencement of the audit.
• Testing system solutions to determine the effectiveness of key controls.
• Assessing the extent of compliance with the control framework and propose recommending actions to correct instances of non-compliance with the control framework.
• Reporting to supervisors on risks that need to be mitigated, and on alternative solutions to managing and mitigating those risks.
• Assessing the adherence and statutory policies and procedures;
• Reporting deviations from the control framework to the clients' management with the necessary corrective procedures.
• Follow-up with senior auditors to ensure that audit is conducted without deviation and to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct audit summary/exit meetings with senior management to discuss audit findings and corrective actions.
• Successfully handling tax examinations on behalf of our clients in front of the tax offices & preparing tax returns.
