•Follow up in shipping documents and present to customer in the right time of working days.

•Assign tasks to the Logistics coordinator as needed.
•Take over the shipment process (Air/Sea) from different departments’ technical offices starting from the PO phase till the delivery phase.
•Responsible for choosing the suitable shipment line (air/Sea).
•Maintain all the logistics procedures starting from the pick­up process from warehouse to different countries including the insurance on the shipment.
•Responsible for the in­land transportation till the departure port (Air/Sea).
•Resolve problems concerning transportation.
•Maintain all needed shipment documents including banking documents.
•Support 3rd party clearance company with all the needed documents to facilitate the clearance process.
•Follow ­up the arrival of the products from Egypt and maintain the in­land transportation until being delivered safely to the clients.
•Maintain reports and process documentation.
•Prepare any other reports requested by the management.
