Main duties and responsibilities:-
▪Meetings with the customer for handling their product problems.
▪Supervise the processing and implementation of quality.
▪Supervise maintenance activities for machines.
▪Ordering Spare Parts .
▪Studying technical quotations for new machines.
▪Responsible for installation of new machines with their accessories.
▪Responsible for any job with Germans and Italians.
▪Help in the OSH activities.
Responsible for maintenance of production lines from (Leistritz, Battenfeld, Krauss Maffei, Henschel Zepplin, Drossbach and Weber) companies.
Main duties & responsibilties:-
▪Supervise maintenance plan and malfunctions repair.
▪Repairing pneumatic circuits, hydraulic circuits, gearboxes, pumps, blowers, screw compressors and conveyors, gantry cranes ....... etc.
▪Studying technical quotations for new machines.
▪Order Spare Parts.
▪Responsible for any job with Germans and Italians.
Gas turbine:-
-Axial compressor with guided vanes.
-combustion.
-Axial turbine.
-Heat exchange for combined cycle.
-Boilers and feeding pumps.
-Auxiliaries and fire protection system.
Fire fighting:-
-Pipe line for water
-valves, sprinklers, fire detectors and smoke detectors.
-Co2 protection and FM200 protection.
-Pumps(jockey, electric, diesel pump)installation.
HVAC works:-
-Duct construction.
-Pipe line for chilled water.
-Chillers and pumps installation.
