• Responsible for the AR section for all group companies within Egypt & North Africa.
• Preparing Invoices and claims for all departments O&M, Sales & Project departments& preparing Inter-company sales orders.
• Review customers balance before issuing any sales order.
• Record daily transactions on ERP (normal receipts, postdated checks, advanced receipts, credit notes, assign credit note & advanced cash receipts).
• Preparing provisions & write-offs & preparing LGs issuance.
• Creating new business partners, new projects throw the ERP system.
• Contributing with the auditors in all auditing process related to the AR section.
• Liaising with the sales and collection teams to resolve outstanding queries.
• Match bank transactions with company records and accounts receivables closing.
• Update selling prices according to pricing terms in service contracts (Inflation rate, Exchange rate, Electricity & Solar rates).
• Review and confirm “monthly sales report”.
• Filling batches with their supporting documents.
• Follow up and record W.H.T memos.
• Prepare balance confirmations to: clients, Banks and Inter-companies.
• Prepare notification letter for clients upon request.
• Prepare monthly Aging report (captured from ERP).
• Prepare checks under collection aging and postdated checks.
• Prepare Cash collection report.
• Prepare customer ledgers (captured from ERP) to follow-up collectors.
• Controlling safe and prepare daily reports related to Cairo branch.
• Closing and pricing payable invoices.
• Handling daily expenses based on company’s policies.
• Handling shortage and excess for van stocks.
• Closing daily customer accounts and inventory controller.
• Responsible for deposits in banks all over the month.
• Audit customer services reports entered by the data entries and prepare accumulative daily and monthly AP&AR reports.
• Preparing adjustments of payable.
• Making entries of invoices.
• Preparing sales tax monthly and withholding tax.
• Reconciliation of bank statements.
• Participate in generating financial reports.
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement).
• Participate in the preparation of letters of credits.
• Participate in the preparation of letters of guarantee.
