- Attend the Middle East product meeting every 6 month.
- Deal with the supplier of Grove crane in Middle East.
- Calculate the cost of the cranes according to the costing sheet, currency fluctuation, cost of capital, Margin, freight (INCOTERM) and shipping.
- Collecting data from the market and make comparison sheet of the compotator prices.
- Responsible for Financial bank deals.
- Forecast for quarter sales.
- Handle Customer and able to build up relations with the customers.
- Establish Monitor & Update customers & Competitors Activities.
- Handle the lost sales report every months and share with Colleagues.
- Set Sales Targets for the year and manage to achieve it before the end of the year.
- Set the Business plan strategies to achieve the Budget.
- Manage the tenders issued from the governmental company (QATAR Fertilizer Company (QAFCO), QATAR National Cement, etc.., ), Marine & Petroleum Customers ( QATAR Shipping, Milaha, SeaDrill, etc…, ) and big multinational customers (Tekfen, Archinodon, etc…)
- Dealing with the customer through the warranty period.
- Replay the E-mails from the supplier and make technical reports.
- Team leader to perform:
- PIP (product improvement program) for new and old cranes.
- PDI (pre-delivery inspection) for new cranes.
- Service and Repairing job for the cranes.
- Perform all the quotations and perform invoices for the customer.
- Dealing with parts section for the part numbers of spare parts needed.
- Dealing with sales section for delivery and make inspection for the new equipment.
- Document Customer Office and site visits & Machine Inspections and Resulted Opportunities.
- Dealing with the big governmental Customers (QATAR Fertilizer Company (QAFCO), QATAR National Cement, etc.., ) Marine & Petroleum Customers (QATAR Shipping, Milaha, SeaDrill, etc, ) and big multinational customers (Tekfen, Archinodon, etc) scheduling the preventive maintenance and planned maintenance for their machines and power generators and coordinate the breakdown.
