Provide technical solutions and manage site challenges to maintain project timeline and

Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Perform value engineering and cost optimization for construction and real estate
projects.

Studying projects and submit technical and financial offers and implementation plans.
Developing plans and designs based on client Specifications and design guidelines.
Conducting research on current industry trends and technology advances to identify
new materials, processes, and products that can improve efficiency or safety in design
projects.
Evaluating existing structures for safety, soundness, and compliance with building codes.
Preparing construction bids and proposals for clients.
Supervising sub-contractors to ensure that work follows specifications and meets
deadlines.
Drafting contracts for projects and ensuring that client requirements are met
throughout the process.
Preparing work procedures and work plan, cash flow plans for the projects.
Ensuring that all plans meet regulatory requirements.
Consulting with clients on design needs and providing recommendation.

Planning and organizing production schedules.
Assessing project and resource requirements. Estimating, negotiating and agreeing
budgets and timescales with clients and manager.
Handling and controlling manufacturing process (laser cutting - lathing - rolling -
fabrication and welding - hydraulic press - auto packing).
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
Ensuring quality control standards are met.

Incoming material inspection.
Preparing WPSs, ITP, inspection reports and NCR.
Performing Non-Destructive Tests (PT, MT, UT).
Customers site visits.

Supervise mechanical installation works for pharmaceutical production lines and utility
systems.
Review and interpret mechanical drawings (GA, P&ID, Isometrics).
Coordinate with suppliers and OEMs during installation and commissioning.
Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements.
Monitor piping works (SS316L - hygienic piping - orbital welding).
Ensure alignment and installation of production machines (filling, blister, granulation,
packaging lines).
Perform site inspections and quality checks.
Prepare method statements and risk assessments.
Coordinate with QA/QC and validation teams (IQ, OQ support).
Monitor subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timeline.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Responsible on:
1. HVAC systems for cleanrooms
2. Compressed air systems
3. Steam and condensate systems
4. Chilled water systems.
5. Purified Water (PW) & WFI systems & Pure steam systems.
