Safety Advisory, overseer all projects and monitoring contractors and subcontractors performance.
T.B.T training with subcontractor before commencing any construction activity.
Competent heavy equipment's inspector.
Competent Scaffold inspector.
Prepare Activity Hazard's Analyses.
Prepare Risk assessment.
Definition of new workers Training at the nature of the business and its' risks.
Reporting daily and weekly.
Preparation of various work permits.
Doing first aid in emergency situations
