1- Troubleshooting either hardware or software huawei 5600 series IPDSLAMs.
2- Dealing with Huawei transmission devices (Metro & OSN) using T2000 and U2000 software.
3- Dealing with core routers acting as a PE (NE40-NE20).
4- Working over cisco routers.
5- Working with Alcatel Dslams (7302-7330) series.
Beside the above mentioned tasks, I was acting as a team leader for the following tasks:
• Making PM plans.
• Supervise engineers & technicians activities and duties.
• Following up alarms, handling procedures and providing technical support
• Reporting planned/unplanned activities to the area manager.
Following up the assigned tasks from Etisalat side.
Technical support Engineer responsible for:
1- Full Troubleshooting of Nortel PBX including Hardware or software problems.
2- Telecommunication Systems (Public Addressing, Nurse Call, TV system)
2- IT specialist responsible for solving any hardware or software problems.
3- Any Network failure either software or hardware.
Installation and Maintenance Engineer in which i was responsible for:
1- Installing New PBX(Panasonic) with full configuration according to customer requirements.
2- Troubleshooting any physical or Software problems.
3- Troubleshooting physical and configuration of network devices.
