Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell Caparol Decorative products to key customers in allocated geographical territories through regular visits and by maintaining good relationship & by obtaining market information.
• Responsible for projects within allocated geographical territories by following up the projects closely to ensure Caparol’s products are used and to achieve sales budget.
• Responsible for developing relationship with Government Departments like Municipality, PWD, various Ministries and getting approval for Caparol Products.
• Keep customer contact by regular visits, responding to enquiries and offering technical service for new/existing products to achieve sales budget.
• Develop new customers by planning, frequent visits to potential customers.
• Maintain contacts and good relationship with applicators by servicing them for their project requirements
• Identify/track projects including flooring and concrete protection and make focussed follow up.
• Conduct seminars/Paint schools to Clients, Government bodies, Contractors, Paint Contractors etc.
• Follow up and collect payment on time.
• Co-operate with Customer Service department to ensure timely delivery of items
Responsibilities:
• Plan and develop new customers by frequent follow up.
• Visit existing and potential customers.
• Follow up projects, meet contractors, consultants. Clients, Government Departments etc. to secure projects.
• Execute projects secured through paint contractors, after sales service and attending to customer complaints.
• Achieve Sales Budget, Gross Margin, ASP, DSO etc.
• Preparation of quotations and technical submittals.
• Follow up and collection of payment on time.
• Visit Western Region of Abu Dhabi regularly to secure projects and increase market share.
• Focus on Medium Projects and increase market share in this segment.
• Responsible for Top Line Sales Budget.
• Develop MC Dealers their sales force and contracting Division for Villa Market, Monitor / report market information /Trends and involve in market research activities. Implement, control and feedback retail marketing activities and tools.
• To sell and actively promote Jotun products in this market at maximum profitability for agreed sales value, GM / GP and average selling price per litre.
• To assume responsibility for collecting receivable from customers.
• To forecast and budget sales and analyse the buying potential of customers and assess their prospects.
• To implement and adhere to company policy at all times.
• To pursue company strategy.
• To handle complaints.
• To keep records and submit weekly and monthly written reports.
• Responsible for opening New MC’s / Inspiration Centres & upgrading existing MC’s.
• Responsible for Villa Market Development.
• Responsible for achieving top line targets of New Products.
• Responsible for implementing / upgrading existing and new Retail Concepts.
• Responsible for Existing Shop Up-gradation and new shop decoration as pre MC and IC corporate & regional MC/ IC Manuals.
• Responsible for promoting premium products in small & medium Consultants and Interior Designers.
• Monitor / Report market information /Trends / competitor activities.
• Involve in market research activities.
• Implement, control and feedback retail marketing activities and tools.
