Company Description: Bavarian Auto Group is a multinational group of companies established in March 2003 when it was appointed as the sole importer of BMW and MINI in Egypt, with exclusive rights for import, assembly, distribution, sales and after-sales support of BMW products in Egypt.
BAG invested a total amount of 80 Million US Dollars distributed on 6 companies and 7 premises in addition to 3 stores.
Bavarian Auto Group now is the sole agent of Rolls Royce, BMW, MINI, Brilliance, Mahindra and Jinbei brands. Today Bavarian Auto Group is the market leader in Egypt for the luxury vehicles with regard to sales, quality and after sales.
Contribution: My responsibilities at BAG in the IT Department are summarized in the following:
1. Working as the SAP MM Consultant from Bavarian side in the full life cycle implementation including Key user & end-user training & support, documentation & planning in four companies
2. Handling the communication between the consultants team & Bavarian users (All levels)
3. Before & after going live support for MM module
4. Factory site project manager for MM & PP, In addition to change management activities like preparing authorization matrix for all BMW MM & PP users, Training Management & Transformation Management
5. Creating & updating MM end user manuals
6. MM Configuration, continual improvement & restructuring

Handling the master data in all sap modules, Like material master, vendor master, customer master, Bill of material, customer condition, etc...

•Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional system design specifications using UML, process flows, use cases, interview skills, workshop facilitation, and investigation of current state
•Designs and specifies innovative solutions which meet the business requirements allowing the business benefit to be attained; and to facilitate divisional communication and awareness of the standards and quality expectations within the System Analyst teams.
•Processes change requests and tracing the requirements during implementation (traceability matrix), managing scope and risks
•Acceptance, Installation and deployment
•Undertakes and leads the implementation of the ERP Logistics Modules.
•Evaluates the refined business requirements and recommends how each can be incorporated in the implemented ERP solution.
•Reviews refined business processes and recommends modifications or enhancements that enable the client to derive maximum benefits from the implemented solutions.
•Identifies any external requirements and defines phased data load and validation procedures.
•Assists the customer in the data conversion data mapping exercise of legacy data into the implemented ERP solution.
•Advises the customer’s project team members in the set up of the implemented modules of the ERP solution.
•Provides production support (after going live with the implemented solution) for the time specified in the estimates.
•Prepares project implementation deliverables.

Acquired good knowledge of:

•Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), which attempts to integrate all the functions and departments within the company through running off a single database.
•Business Process Improvement: which focuses on upgrading information distribution paths to optimize the many processes with which they come into contact, explains how to document a company's processes, analyze current effectiveness, design new processes and use system enablers.

Company Description: Mashreq Des Produits Laitiers is one of Unilever Mashreq Group and a subsidiary of Rashid Mashreq Group & Bongrain S.A. Its main product is Milkana Processed cheese.

Contribution: My Responsibility as a Logistics Coordinator in the export department was handling the Logistics & export operations like booking with shipping lines, handling the export documents i.e. Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, certificate of origin etc.., Letter of Credits, tracking, Tracing, Dealing with Custom Clearance companies, warehousing, supply chain management (SCM), Quality Management System (QMS) & internal Auditing. Also the follow up of the shipments and payments till the shipments are delivered to the clients and the payments are delivered to the company's' account.

Company Description: International Shipping Company (I.S.C) is a shipping Agency and one of The International Trade Office Group, I.S.C is a sister company to International Coke Company and International Cranes Factory.

Contribution: My Responsibility as an Operation executive in I.S.C was handle the export & import shipments, trucking and tracing, Dealing with clients requirements, handling shipping documentation i.e. Bill of Lading, Invoices, Packing Lists Etc. In addition to Sea and Airport operations and internal Auditing.
