Contribution: My responsibilities at BAG in the IT Department are summarized in the following:
1. Working as the SAP MM Consultant from Bavarian side in the full life cycle implementation including Key user & end-user training & support, documentation & planning in four companies
2. Handling the communication between the consultants team & Bavarian users (All levels)
3. Before & after going live support for MM module
4. Factory site project manager for MM & PP, In addition to change management activities like preparing authorization matrix for all BMW MM & PP users, Training Management & Transformation Management
