•Participate in the full recruitment cycle starting from analysis, planning to communicate offers with candidates and close the open vacancies.
•Post the vacancies on the different social media platforms (Internal Announcements-Company website-LinkedIn-Facebook).
•Screening the sent Cvs and profiles and send the shortlisted calibers to the Tech. Leads.
•Conduct face to face interviews for the shortlisted Candidates.
•Documentation of candidates offers and contracts. •Developing our recruitment pipelines
•Helping in organizing Job Fairs.
•Participating in different ER activities.
1) Build a wide network of IT professionals in Egypt and abroad.
2) Post vacancies on the Company’s CRM.
3) Post the vacancies on the different social media platforms (LinkedIn-Facebook).
4) Screen and filter applying candidates (CRM-Email).
5) Interview Candidates over the phone and make sure of the required technicalities,
Specifications and interest in the vacancy.(internal Hiring and Clients Hiring)
6) Shortlist Qualified candidates, and invite the selected candidates for face to face
interview.(internal Hiring and Clients Hiring)
7) Conduct face to face interviews for the shortlisted Candidates.
8) Helping in organizing Job Fairs (Career Summit-Alexa- Businex...)
9) Help Job Seekers and solve the problems they are facing starting their careers and
promotes WUZZUF for the job seekers.(JOB FAIRS)
10) Give Career advice for the job seekers.
11) Assist Clients in average salary ranges in the market, applicant's approaches, writing job
descriptions and qualifications and general market view for the IT industry
12) Contact the Clients and the Job seekers on daily basis to maintain a good business
relation.
1) Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
2) Conduct regular follow-up with clients to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans
and implementation.
3) Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
4) Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
5) Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
6) Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other
position appropriate venues.
7) Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
8) Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
9) Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
10) Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
