• Receive, review and registers customers spare parts orders, RFPs, or RFQs
• Review technical specifications and examination of damaged parts and advise
customers correct part numbers or suitable substitution using parts catalogue
and equipment S/N
• Parts pricing (get EXW prices, negotiate about abnormal prices and get suitable
discount from supplier, prices analysis &using suitable rate to calculate parts unit price.
• preparing technical & commercial sales offers including suitable offers terms and
conditions, archiving and sending to clients
• Attend & Prepare tenders & practices technical & financial proposals
• Monitor & analyze parts stock availability to maintain the minimum required stock
quantities
• Execute inventory control measures to minimize stock holding & maximizes stock
movement
• Prepare & following up stocking purchasing strategy to achieve sales plans targets
• Conduct monthly sales report recording sales volume compared to sales target & lost
sales
• Declare invoicing for financial team to match purchase orders.
