and making all test cases and execute it to verify that this products can go live without bugs from developing team.
and this is using functional testing and using sql database.
I was the first and second line for all internal support (sw and hw) and support for company's products (website and mobile app)
I was responsible for all technical issues related to ADSL or any internet device over phone.
I was responsible for all internal software and hardware maintenance and making reports about labs results.
