* Understanding a design of the operational working cycles,
* Prepare journal entries.
* Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial
reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
* Conducting, posting, and reconciling monthly inventories, Projects Cost analysis and Banks'
Accounts.
* Preparation ageing outstanding for customers Report.
* Reporting to the financial Manger Egypt Branch.
* Responsible for accounting and finance activities in Egypt & Starting up Process of the
operations.
* Secure required financing for approved budget needs
* Consolidate the financial results of the countries within the assigned territory
* Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting finance legal and regulatory requirements.
* Ensure all financial and accounting policies and procedures are aligned with company's strategies
and standards
* Ensure timely preparation of the financial statements and coordinates with external auditors
* Management of financial reports, consolidations and audits
* Responsible for all day to day and periodic Finance related process and reconciliations such as
A/R, A/P, inventory, cash & bank and Payroll.
* Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and
other tax requirements.
* Ensure compliance with taxation legislation.
* Liaison with banks on day to day basis, handle bank guarantees, reconciliations and provisions
* Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to
project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
* Prepare & Reporting (P&L, CF) monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and year-end budgeting
versus actual reports along with all necessary explanations on large variances for Board’s review
and approval .

* Prepare statements of Banks' reconciliation.
* Calculating payroll administration (Over Time / social Insurance share / Income Tax )
* Prepare withholding tax Form 41
* Prepare sales tax return per Monthly
* Performing other duties as assigned
