Duties and Responsibilities
• Creating & executing a territory business plan for Sales & Marketing responsibilities - Medical Imaging Department for:
ESAOTE
Bayer Health care
Konica Minolta
Neusoft
Apelem.
• Untapped Northern Emirates market and Abu Dhabi market, private and Government sectors.
• Increasing the awareness and share of voice for new Ultrasound application “Musculoskeletal, Rheumatology & Anesthesia”
• MOH Tenders and Product presentations.
• Coordinating and aligning with Clinical application and service teams for post and after sales demos.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned
Product lines.
- Sales and Technical Support Engineer for :
Bruker Biospin ( NMR & MRI ); Bruker Optics ( FT- IR & Raman )
Micro materials ( Nano Mechanical Test );Lake Shore ( Vibrate
Sample Magnetization ) and Photo Emission Technology ( solar
Simulator ).
- Provides coaching and professional development to team-member.
- Sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge and
Sales skills.
- Preparing all proposal for tender and setting up financial & technical
Sheets for various products.
- Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market
For the assigned product specialty.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in
Assigned customer accounts.
- Supports the success of an assigned team of salespeople, including
Account Managers, and Business Development Sales
Representatives.
- Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel
When needed, including support resources, team members, and
Management.
- Making the technical & financial offers for the governmental
Tenders and privet medical centers.
- Attending the tenders technical & financial bid openings, doing
The technical & financial analysis and the answer sheets for the
Tender specs.
- Pre-sales technical negotiations and technical comparisons with
Competitors.
- Attending medical conferences and providing the on booth
Sales support.
- Technical Comparison between all Cooper Surgical products &
Competitors
- Training doctors & medical staff on Norland Illuminatus DXA
Software
.
- Installation of Norland a Cooper Surgical Densitometers and
Performing the post installation technical procedures
(Calibration, testing & necessary adjustments).
- Repair procedures of Norland Densitometers & SonoSite
Ultrasound systems.
- Performing PPM (Periodic Preventive Maintenance) for the
Norland DEXA scanners & SonoSite Ultrasound Machines.
-Training new maintenance & technical support Engineers.
- Financial analysis of repair orders & spare parts cost.
- Service plan & service reports.
- Performing the Preventive Maintenance and repair procedures
For the Medical Equipment in different Hospital departments.
- Dealing with Different Medical Equipment in Different Hospital
Department especially Operating Room ( OR ) & Intensive Care
Unit (ICU) like : Ventilator, Anesthesia, DC Shock, Syringe pump,
Infusion pumps, Patient monitor, ECG, Operating Table, and
Suction pump
- I got involved in repair Radiology Equipment such as : X-ray,
C-Arm, Cardiac catheterization, CT.
- Coordinating with the medical Equipment Companies to
Perform the repair and periodic maintenance for the
Equipment and negotiating with other service engineers in
Technical and financial repair task.
