• Pioneered goal-based management approach, implementing budgetary mechanisms and creating five-year business model strategies. This change led to better budgetary protocols, closely-monitored performance ensuring timely action and corrective measures and achieved above 10% growth above targets.
• Standardized monthly and quarterly management reporting process, elevating the past procedure of only need-based reporting.
• Significantly enhanced revenue analysis by developing excel-based revenue analytical tool, empowering members of the executive management team with a wide variety of functional data to support better decision making.

Avinash led teams of 10+ professionals, enterprise-wide at various locations for one of the largest third party administrators in the Middle East, developed and monitored system-wide budgets, performed support duties to Chief Financial Officer, handled statutory and internal audits at both subsidiary and corporate levels, and managed special projects contributing to the overall efficiency of operations throughout the company and controlling costs without adverse impact.
