- Leading and Performing all required instruments & controls activities in various power generation projects including but not limited to the following:
• Instrument and controls devices’ functional Loop checks & Calibration.
• Performing all software necessary modifications based on customer request and in conjunction with engineering team.
• First fire on both liquid and gas fuel, over speed test, Synch. Checks, TMR reliability test.
• Generation unit Start up, Synchronization, Part & Base load online tests (Load rejection-PSS-Generator capability-FRT- Fuel change over).
• DLN2.6 remote tuning.
• Annunciated diagnostic alarms Troubleshooting and clearing prior to COD.
• Perform necessary modifications on HMI screens to meet with the customer’s expectations.
- Power up & Commissioning of Variant controls system including but not limited to the following:
• Mark Vie control panel.
• Firefighting CO2 control system.
• Case temperature management system (CTM).
• Inlet filters air pulse system Commissioning and modification.
• FM200 firefighting control system.
• New IR Haz Gas detection system installation and function checks.
• OSM set up & router configuration.

• Attending Factory acceptance tests, witness on inspection results and assure full compliance of the produced commodities to the relevant purchase order requirements.
