Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial controls and supporting information systems of the Corporation.

Ensure the adequacy of the Corporation’s insurance coverage.
Oversee and monitor effective tax strategies and compliance for the Corporation.
Oversee and monitor information technology, leaseholds and procurement.
Coordinate the preparation of the Corporation’s financial statements and management discussion and analysis (annual and interim).
Directing process all financial analysis relating to profitability, performance.
costing, variances, working capital. cash flow generated and capital spending
projects & preparing the Economic reports for the chairman.
Implementing appropriate internal control measures to safeguard the company's assets and minimize any liabilities.
Produce consolidated financial statements for the whole group on monthly
basis and comparing with the Budget & analyze the reasons of differences.
Manage the relationship with different banks, for achieving the group needs of
fund for the existing & new enterprise by less cost & maximum benefits.
Manage Taxation, and Relations with Authorities & other governmental
Departments.
Developing the annual budget in addition to the three years plan for the Co.'s
& its branches and ensure it is matching with Corporate Objective's.
Managed relationship with internal and external Auditors (Including
Franchisers Auditors).
Responsible for all Feasibility and investments studies and ensuring that those opportunists are matching with the group standards of investments.
Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants.
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, and other transactions.
Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
Research and analyses financial reports and market trends.
Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.

Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation
Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation.
Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes.

Analyze the effect of statutory accounting practices and studies regulations and guidance to ensure correct application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Make recommendations for changes as needed and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and establishes the proper techniques to discover and prevent fraud.
Prepare detailed journal entries and account analyses.
Assist with compilation of information for preparation of tax returns.
Work with Audit, Tax and Treasury Manager to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities through annual report.
Prepare summary feedback of financial statements variances to budget.
