• Prepare balance sheets and final accounts for the business.
• Prepare a monthly trial balance.
• Supervise the preparation of accounting entries.
• Manage bank accounts and prepare monthly reconciliation notes for banks.
• Prepare and submit the electronic invoices to the Egyptian Tax Authority portal.
• Proficiency in working on accounting software (QuickBooks and ERP Systems).
• Prepare monthly reports for customers, suppliers, sales, purchases, and any other monthly reports.
• Manage the teamwork responsible for it.
• Create accounting and financial cycles in accounting systems.
• Maintain banks' accounts and prepare cash positions.
• Keep up the general ledger (AP/AR) regularly.
• Prepare profit and loss reports and financial statements.
• Review and post daily entries.
• Prepare reports required by management and internal and external auditors.
• Assist in preparing the yearly budget.
• Follow up the documentary cycle of purchases, payments and receipts.
• Record and post accounting entries for suppliers and customers.
• Follow up on suppliers’ debts and payment dates.
• Prepare the trial balance, monthly reports, and reconciling accounts related to suppliers and customers.
• Record and keep up vouchers for the microfinance project's activities.
• Follow up, exchange documents, and issue checks.
• Prepare payrolls and other financial statements.
• Submit reports on borrowers and the functioning of the microfinance project.
• Coordinate with the concerned authorities for the project.
• Prepare accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
• Reporting to management regarding the finances of the business.
• Recording accounting entries and preparing budgets and periodic reports.
