- Preparation of MWD/LWD tools;assembling testing and calibration of the MWD/LWD Tools and verification of clients requirements.
- Rig up and Rig down MWD/LWD Tools of MWD equipment.
- Survey calculations and Data Base maintenance for clients' reference.
- Analyses and interpretation of down hole data and record operational data. Complete job relevant documentation to include field ticket, daily reports and equipment performance report.
- Contact point between Service Company and Clients during operation in the field.
-Train and supervise the new hire to be up and running independently.
- Report directly to Ops Manager and Team Leader.
- Contact point with drilling supervisor drilling engineer and well site geologists for crucial and decisive action.
• Ensure that all equipment is available at the workshop to be sent where the drilling operation will take place.
• Maintaining communication with the directional driller to ensure that the requirements of the MWD are set and functional, or if extra equipment needs to be sent.
• Setting up the required MWD hardware that will be used at the site
• Inspecting every tool to ensure its functionality and safety upon usage.
• Showing knowledge on maneuvering with MWD system and assisting the drilling team to overcome challenges.
• Completion and submission of important paper works such as safety reports and progress of the drilling job.
• Being updated on the new procedure and processes that are associated with MWD.
• Preserving and acquiring knowledge on the latest technologies being used in the field.
• Establishing safety policies at the workshop for technical & administrative staff and following up on them.
• Continuous check-ups on tools/ consumables inventory to ensure availability and validity of all items.
• Offering training practices & passing knowledge to other team members about MWD tools and functions.
• Coordinating with Business Development regarding forecasts & trends to ensure to be preparedness for initiating any upcoming jobs.
• Enforcing HSE regulations in the workshop.
• Practical safety training to all members on the workshop’s machinery & tools.
• Handling administrative matters regarding the workshop in terms of financials, retail and maintenance besides the PR & marketing tasks.
• Scheduling monthly training sessions & machine bookings.
• Handling customers’ complaints and suggestions.
• Offering educational or tech-support for members during work in the workshop.
A member of the key team to open & operate the Shoe Gallery by planning the layout, coordinating stock consolidations, arranging logistic support for the warehouse & other supporting branches. Creating “sales” & “stock room” teams, and providing the theoretical & practical training to do their tasks with continuous supervision for quality performance in terms of speed of delivery and customer service standards. Establishing financial, logistical and technical protocols for the Shoe Gallery. On-ground support for the IT & Merchandising teams regards any issues in the Store. Nonstop inspection for the Shoe Gallery facilities to coordinate with the Engineering dept. Supporting the store visual merchandising dynamic tasks in parallel with receiving new brands & trends.
Responsible of the Sales Associates & Inventory teams in terms of customer service standards and sales performance, plus financial and logistic matters. The responsibility also requires a visual inspection and maintenance of the store. Also training the new staff on the techniques of customer service and verbal marketing inside the store during different occasions and seasons.
Composing & executing marketing campaigns for medium companies and big corporates and coordinating with different clients and customers. Mainly responsible of the social media campaigns for different accounts with different profiles (entertainment, corporate, management). Also, creating proposals and quotations for marketing campaigns including both Hardware and Software material needed for the campaigns to meet the clients’ needs.
