* Design the assembly boards by using AutoCAD:
1- Drawing the car harnesses on CAD through customer technical drawing or from a sample of the harnesses.
2- Attaching the wire data to the CAD drawings by using Excel sheet.
3- Inserting the BOM “Bill Of Material” into the CAD drawing to define each part on the production board.
4- Exporting the harness data from oracle and compare it with the AutoCAD BOM and wire data to validate that there is no problems in part numbers of the component and wire data.
5- Preparing the DWG file for plotting by converting it into image by using “ANYDWGTOIMAGE program” which help to get scaled image of the drawing “scale 1 : 1”
6- Following up the plotting process.
7- Feed back with quality team.
