I am responsible for back office operations for the delivery department in the E pharmacy. starting by the acquisition of the couriers and setting the standards and supervising their education phase, provide all the needed logistics for the couriers. financial operations and payments, financial decisions to minimize the cost per order and maximize our profits and finally leading partnerships.
I was responsible for all the operations in new and east cairo area including deploying our software and POS machines and delivering training to our merchants and manage all the b2b relations.
Then I was promoted after 3 month to lead the teams delivering the same operations in 3 Egyptian governates : Tanta, Monofia, Zagazig.
making calls to our lead to offer them housing services and competitive offers for housing .
Responsible for receiving calls and respond to inquiries, book and amend flight bookings.
