-Preliminary study of the enquiry and the basic scope of works
-Ensure full receipt of tender documentation including engineering drawings and product specifications.
-Sub-contractors / Sub-suppliers correspondences and sourcing (Vendors Communications).
-Check or prepare a detailed materials take-off from the tender information.
-Detailed Cost estimation
-Preparation of detailed technical & commercial offer along with compliance / deviation statement.
-Technical and commercial clarification with the client (after evaluation by client).
Technical offer Including deviations, clarifications, important notes, scope of supply and work, equipment specifications and exclusions, and method statements.
Commercial offer including price breakdown and optional prices, payment terms and conditions, delivery and execution schedule, polices and certificates
-Post Contract correspondence with the internal team members.
-Prepare handover report for the awarded project.
-Assist the Project and Procurement team during the execution of the project.
-Update proposals status and records on regular basis.
-Develop company’s database related to all key information and sub-suppliers offer.
-Market study and searching for a new inquiries.
