Set the strategic plan for FF department per section.
Ensure that each section is working probably and achieving the sales
budget and TCM (total commercial margin).
Negotiate and confirm the annual business development agreements
with the suppliers.
Set and confirm the promotional calendar to be very attractive with
affordable prices.
Review and propose the category management by store and set the
assortment for each store based on the customer profile.
Manage the margin by decrease the waste and shrinkage in purpose
to reach the agreed margin%.
Initiate the new concept and set the project plans for each section to
achieve the agreed uplift in the business.
Tracking the monthly performance per supplier to maximize the
benefits and ensure that the agreements slabs is going in the right
track.
