• Supporting the DOP in preparing & delivering strategic geographical & brand development plans.
• Reviews YTD and monthly sales budget - produces ongoing sales forecast for each outlet & set and agree in the action plan for the next period with DOP.
• Produce & deliver a comprehensive Brand Operations Presentation at monthly corporate management meetings (to include each outlet target & actual performance data for - sales; costs; profit; productivity; customer service measurements; staffing issues/team development; maintenance issues; LSM activities)
• Review Weekly Area Operational Summary Report (sales, customers, employees, and profit & cost data) with individual AMs. Direct development & delivery of resulting Action Plans.
• Reviews operations manpower status monthly and submits Recruitment Request to HR department in advance of new site openings
• Meets with DOP & MD quarterly to review brand performance and in developing innovations to maximize brand sales & profitability potential in areas operation development & marketing, business development.
• Promotes a culture of customer focused excellence at all times in directing & communicating with brand operations team
• Reviews guest complaints handling procedures & results with Area Coaches monthly.
• Visits each outlet at least once a month as unannounced visit to evaluate the operation performance (Product quality, service, FS etc…..)
• Visits each outlet at least once a month with Area managers to work to develop them performance and units performance.
• Promotes a culture of Food Safety, Hygiene and Cleanliness excellence at all times in directing & communicating with operations team.
• Reviews monthly P&L with each Area manager to understand & explain variances in budget and actual cost management performance (ideal v actual cost of sales, wastage & other controllable expenses.
• Ensure all products and services standards are met consistently.
• Follow up Concept policies and guidelines.
• Directing the customer facing operations of a nominated brand to meet strategic growth, sales, profitability and operational standards targets.
• Leading and developing a team of best-in-class Area Coaches and Multi Unit Managers..
• Establish excellent customer base through implementation of “Customer Mania” with YES attitude.
• Business Development with opening and operating 4 new restaurants within 12 months.
