Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to these following duties)
Developing the Construction Execution Plan with the PM and PCS manager.
Ensure that the construction is carried out with the required project specification, approved drawing, approved materials, method statements, and approved ITP.
Managing site resources and ensuring adequate staffing and manpower.
Managing the scope of work by identification of change conditions or work outside the scope.
Management of all phases of construction project activities from planning and execution for projects that range from small to large in value and a variety of scopes of work.
Coordinate and chair weekly project meetings with the owner, consultant, and contractor for each project under his package.
Ensure all certificates, as-built drawings and final inspections have been obtained prior to project closeout.
Obtain project temporary offices, utilities, access roads, storage facilities, fencing, and other
needed Jobsite facilities.
Monitor Consultant’s performance to ensure procedures are followed for expediting review and approval of shop drawings, other technical submittals.
Review capabilities of Contractor’s Subcontractors and suppliers and perform off site inspections as necessary to determine suitability.
Manages execution of project site activities according to plan
Provides administrative assistance and support in carrying out the day to day activities for site senior staff
Defines and improves tools and procedures for the implementation of the construction process
Evaluates and determines appropriate construction methods
Controls all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Monitors and controls site cost according to budget
Monitors Subcontractor's work schedule, safety, performance, and work quality
Configures the required tools, procedures, and measures to minimize running expenses
Coordinates site work with Technical project office and consultant
Assures the adherence of project site staff to organization rules and site procedures
Assures that project site staff, follow their assigned responsibilities and job descriptions
Delegates and distribute site work according to plan
Manages induction, orientation, and training of staff under his supervision
Assures and controls site staff performance and achievements
Receives and reviews site reports
Compiles site reports for Management
Ensures that site work complies with current health and safety regulations
Reviews attendance reports & night shift concerns
Manages estimation of required materials, labor, resources for future work according to the project plan
Manages site risks and resolves issues happening on site
Reviews QA/QC Plans and reports
Reviews HSE Plans and activities
Reviews and Audits communication and information distribution from site to other departments
Assists in project plan/schedule changes based on site status
Assists in defining details and specs of materials, equipment, and workforce required for the project
Conducts random audits on-site work
Liaises with consultant and subcontractors

Liaises with consultant and subcontractors
Ensure full implementation of QA/QC requirements as per ARAMCO Standards.
Ensure continuous improvement of QA/QC procedures as per ARAMCO Standards.
Ensure that the construction is carried out with the required project specification, approved drawing, approved materials, method statements and approved ITP.
Preparing and issuing TQ (technical query)/RFI’s (Request for Information).
Monitor preparation and close-out of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Log Book Entry (LBE) associated with quality control issues.
Carry out statistical analysis of inspections and test results to improve the quality control operation.
Coordinate with ARAMCO, SBG staff and sub contractors for highest quality construction, within budget.
Coordination with independent laboratories for offsite and onsite testing.
Actively participate in the project handing over in Walk through, testing and commissioning activities, Completing and Finishing EIL (Exception Item List), MCC (Mechanical Completion Certificate) and Close out documents with CX Team, PID Team, KAUST Team, and Main-tenance Team.
Ensure that the construction is carried out with the required project specification, approved drawing, approved materials, method statements and approved ITP.
Prepare and issue WIR (Work Inspection Request)/RFI’s (Request For Information)/MIR’s (Ma-terial Inspection Request) and FCR (Field Change Request)……etc.
Overall in-charge of Quality assurance and quality control procedures.
Identify and report any non-conformance (NCR) and check that the construction department provides timely appropriate correction and corrective action.
Carry out statistical analysis of inspections and test results to improve the quality control op-eration.
Coordination with independent laboratories for offsite and onsite testing.
Issuing written and verbal instructions for the site engineers.
Design and specifications review, Checking and issuing approval for contractor shop drawing and submittals.
Follow the daily concrete pouring Quality Control & 7/28days Concrete Crushing results checking and other test results such as Marble, Ceramic Tiles, Steel Anchor bolts, Structural steel threaded bolts etc.
Review the daily, weekly and monthly activities reports and comment for improvement.
Conducting progress, coordination, Safety and QC meetings & run the meetings and issuing the agendas and minutes of meeting.
Managing the project in line with International Standards.
Checking the actual progress and comparing it with Time Schedule & the BOQ.
Checking all activities of the work.
Checking &issuing approval on variation orders.
Checking & Reviewing Monthly Running and Final Payments with Supported Documents (Certification of Bills, QS Calculations... etc)
Monitoring contractors work progress & performance.
Follow up and implement Health & Safety and Quality regulations.
Issuing written and verbal instructions for the contractor.
Manage the project handing over (Testing, commissioning, punch list, close out documents, as built drawing, ….. etc)
Design review, Follow up and review shop drawings.
Responsible for substructure, superstructure and finishing work.
Inspecting the works prior to requesting Consultant’s Inspection.
Controlling all subcontractors including site meetings, instructions, and submittals.
Site coordination, material and equipment delivery, storage, Logistic, safety &Quality issues.
Prepare and update Project Time Schedule and Two-Week Look Ahead Schedules.
Report any variation orders or extras and make sure change orders have been issued prior to performance.
Preparing Monthly Running & Final Payments with Supported Documents (Certification of Bills, QS Calculations... etc)
