• Provides first level IT support to colleagues and guests within agreed A (service level agreement) SLA.
• Responds to guest queries in a friendly and efficient manner

• Monitors the performance of Networks, Servers, Workstations and peripherals and informs the Functional IT Manager of any abnormalities

• Act as the primary contact for all outside agents in all computer technology related matters.
• Respond to all users request and provide them with adequate support.

• Knowledge in finger print system. Call manager system, Envision system, FBM system, Domain users creating, LAN network, and wireless network and Data protector systems.
