• Machines start up: Execute Validation documents: IQ/OQ/PQ Protocols, Site management for the acceptance, installation work, inspection, qualification testing & commissioning, Manage and creating KPIs & Create SOP and risk assessment.
• Project support: Develop and design solutions to difficult problems, manage outside contractors and be on call for emergencies, Review and correct AS-Built & URS to be matching, Provide solution to maximize equipment efficiency and response time of the system, Develop and execute engineering test, FAT protocol, perform and test equipment installation
• Review of SOP against routine work and add all routine work conducted against notifications.
• Minimize spare parts inventory by:
1) Harmonization part and In-Housing modification.
2) Critical Spare parts review, status and reordering.
3) Understanding of projected consumption, different parts and operation strategy.
4) Define particular alternative of spare parts without causing other unanticipated problems.
• Minimizing the failures /Minimize shutdown &Root cause eliminations by:
1) Develop engineering and process strategy work with production on planned/unplanned PM.
2) Rolled out maintenance methodology and achieve innovation stages.
3) Improved spare parts availability.
4) Expanded technical skills of technicians by implementing matrix skills structure.

• Responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of (PM, PdM & AM) program.
• Develop, monitor, analyze and improve reliability Key performance Indicators (KPI).
• Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) of observed machines maintenance issues.
• Define current OEE figures and address action plans to improve it.
• Lead a calibration process for all factories, trucks, cold stores and utilities instruments internally and external source.
• Apply VSM, 5S, TPM, SIM and dashboard to ensure continues improvement.

• Assist teams in carrying out implementation of the procedures plan demand Develop and apply machines preventive maintenance.
• Manage daily maintenance actions & maintenance contracts monitoring.
• Achieve better maintenance KPI’s by reducing MTTR and increase MTBF.
• Train worker & setter for maintenance operations and change over by apply SMED.
• Take alternative solutions to ensure operation continuity.

• Develop and apply machines preventive and autonomous maintenance.
• Ensure proper reporting of maintenance resources allocation and root cause.
• Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
• Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components.
• Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
