• Leading multiple teams and projects simultaneously.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Establish and maintain coordination between engineering staff and client technical representatives.
• Controls client requests to assure adherence to the project scope.
• Maintain liaison between all personnel assigned to the Project to assure mutual understanding and agreement on all phases of the work as defined by the contract and to assure continuity of job progress and design.
• Assists the Project Manager or, in his absence, conducts project review meetings involving any or all technical disciplines assigned to the project team.
• Assists the Project Manager in motivating the project team to efficiently, economically, and satisfactorily completes their technical assignments.
• Automatically replace the Project Manager in all his responsibilities in in his absence.
• Gathers and disseminates project data and information to all concerned so that all activities are well correlated to meet the project commitments.
