• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
• Responsible for timely reporting of monthly financial analysis and management reports.
• Provide monthly expense and cost analysis for management review.
• Collecting and analyzing information to reconcile financial discrepancies.
• Maintaining financial security by following internal control.
• Prepare, monitor, and control the budget and forecasting and analyze the variances.
• Handle monthly payroll and review monthly accounts.
• Analyze financial information in response to queries for the management.

• Liaise with external auditors to prepare and finalize audited financial statements accurately and on time.
• Reconcile all bank activity to ensure that the center's records are balanced with the bank’s account.
• Manage the medical services & insurance section calculations including costs, discounts & collections.
• Organize accounting processes to reduce work paper and document requirements
Record A/P entries & matching the statements to follow up payments.
• Manage A/R statements and sending them to debtors with follow up collections.
