- Make all necessary graphic designs for company corporate identity, Facebook page posts, Flyers & all printings.
- Responsible for updating the website & Facebook with all news & offers & make paid advertising campaigns to get more likes & raise page traffic.
-Gather all quotations from different companies and make sure that we get the lowest prices with the best quality for all desired marketing materials.
- Deal with Hotels Sales departments to get the latest offers & rates to make promotions for individuals & groups.
Responsible for BTL Marketing Activities like
-- In-Stores Visibility-- ( Banner, Vinyl, Light box ) :
Deal with suppliers to assure getting the desired materials in high quality & best prices to make
branding for retailers in out-door displays.
--Roadshows-- in malls campus & in highly traffic industry related places :
put the roadshow schedules to match with launching events of our products & put the allocations plan for Booths, Car
Roadshows & promoters team.
--Retailers-- promoting sales through:
1- ( Promoters in Premium Shops) put the promoters allocation plan in premium stores after the get a high level of
training on our mobile phones & know every mobile sales points.
2- ( Retailers Display Branding) Deal with suppliers to assure getting the desired materials in high quality & best prices
to make branding for retailers in in-door stands & displays.
3- ( Point of sale materials POSM) coordinate between our company & print agencies to get the desired flyers, posters
or tent cards in high quality & best prices.
--Promotions--:
put the annual plan for promotions to meet with the local & national occasions to promote sales
in our retailers stores
-Co-ordinate between the Adv. Agencies & our company.
-Gather all quotations from different companies and make sure that we get the lowest prices with the best quality.
-Organizing & manage events sponsored by HTC like:
1- Vodafone & Google Launching Google Maps In MEA at Four Season 13-9-2012.
2-Hamaki Party at MIU 12-10-2012.
3- HTC Launching First Windows 8 Mobile phone at City Stars Intercontinental 6-11-2012.
4- HTC Roadshow in Cairo & Alex Launching Desire 500 & Desire 600.
5- HTC Launching Desire 500 smartphone at Marriot Zamalek 25-9-2013.
-Make all marketing campaigns POSM designs like flyers, danglers, tent cards & online banners.
-Make the artwork for online co-branding campaigns banners with B.Tech, MobileShop & other OR.

Responsible For all Outside & Inside Communication that linked to Marketing Section like:
-Manage newspapers Ads and whole advertising campaign for the year and organize with the all department to prepare offers & send them to the newspapers we deal with.
-Arrange all meetings with all advertising companies and new dealers to discuss offers, promotions & Quotations.
-Gather all quotations from different companies and make sure that we get the lowest prices with the best quality.
-Manage all Media Ads showed on Hyperone Big LED Screen on the Main Park or Mini LCD Screens Distributed in the whole market.
-Implement and launch the Hyperone Facebook Page and put all offers and media and all scripting work.
-Represent The Hyperone in any outside Events or any events sponsored by Hyperone
Build and Manage the Whole System of Ministry of Interior Administration of Passports Emigration and Nationality which include:
-Implement and Administrate Windows Active Directory including 5 headquarters, 56 site and over than 1500 user until now.
-Implement Administrate and Monitoring Symantec Central Antivirus for 5 sites and its clients.
-Configure and Administrate Windows Terminal Services
-Implement Administrate and Monitoring Sanctuary I/O Access Control.
-Implement Administrate and Monitoring the Network using IBM Tivoli Monitoring.
-Configure and Administrate Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM 5.5)
-Implement windows server 2003 Cluster with IBM storage.
-Implement Administrate and Monitoring the Passports Printing Cycle using Print Servers.
-Supporting the Help Disk Team in Troubleshooting user’s problems.
