Planning maintenance operating procedures, annual maintenance plan for production machines, Filling machines, utility, forklifts and other material handling units for two SCIB factories plant 1 &plant 2
Responsibility for preventive and corrective maintenance works.
Study preventive and corrective maintenance reports, make analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance work monthly and annually.
Managing and control the spare parts and spare parts store.
Supplying spare parts, tools, and performing tasks needed to help the team achieve operational goals.
Directs training and indoctrination of workers to improve work performance with company policies and procedures.
Confers with management, engineering, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
Manage and control outsources works, projects and contact with the suppliers
Follow up with existing customers in case of any failure.
