 Developing project schedules and updates in, Preparation of Project Budget & Calculation of detailed man-hours, machine hours
 Developing and maintaining CPM cost loaded schedules in Primavera P6 for both design and construction related projects

 Monitoring all activities in the project schedule for potential delays, and regularly update claims and variation logs.
 Advising the Project Manager of any potential delays to the program, and work closely with the project team to develop mitigations to minimize or avoid these delays.
 Assisting the Project Manager for the preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
