Responsible for:
1. Issuing licenses for all service related to “Payments
systems/issuing/acceptance…” inside Egyptian Banking Sector.
2. Apply R&D for payments systems technologies at Egyptian Banking Sector.
3. Publish periodic regulation for payments systems instruments at EgyptianBanking sector.
4. Provide Consultations for Banks in payments systems transformations.

1- Bank applications (Online/Mobile Banking - Financial Switch - Swift- Fraud-

4- Regularly monitors system activities and performance, and prepares performance
reports.
5- Provides technical assistance related to ATMs and the inter-bank
switch. 6- Ensures compliance to infrastructure security policies and
guidelines.

Management System- Fraud- Clearing)
