My role starts after receiving P.O. for a project.
I revise weather the commercial terms in the P.O. are inline with the terms in our offer or not and I handle any conflicts.
I issue orders for handling the financial agreement (issuing L.G., issuing insurance, issuing order for payment collection, ...etc).
I design a time schedule for the project to deliver on the scheduled date.
I assign a suitable technical team for executing the project.
I revise the technical terms with the engineering team.
I handle procurement for the project's material list and the logistics.
I handle any conflict between the project members.
I manage communications between our company and the customer.
I inspect the project progress and quality.
I handle any customer complaints.
