I am working in the field of Automation & Control Systems for Oil & Gas industries for both onshore sites and offshore rigs with Siemens WLL in the department of life cycle management, projects and services in Qatar.
I have the following duties:
1) Estimate and design the automation project plan.
2) Participate in project studies (Quotation) phase of any tender and design the required submittals.
3) Design the automation control system architecture, the hardware configuration and the BOQs.
4) Design PLC program by using Simatic step7 software.
5) Design the HMI Program by using Simatic Wincc Flexible and SCADA Systems by using Simatic Wincc V7.0.
6) Design the control philosophy and the operation and maintenance (O&M) manual for the control system.
7) Design automation control cabinets from scratch (low control voltage), and MCC cabinets.
8) Design Electrical wiring diagram, Single line diagram, Interconnection diagrams, Cables list and Parts list by using drawing software (EPLAN Electric P8 - AUTOCAD - AUTOCAD Electrical).
9) Start up and commissioning for the control system and making FAT and SAT tests.
10) Maintenance visits for theses factories or sites which have a problem in automation control systems.
11) Lead team of electrical engineers and technicians during design and commissioning phase.
12) Make all required quality documents for safety operation, make installation qualification manual “IQ “and operation qualification manual “OQ” & make computer validation for the whole control system.
I worked in the field of Automation & Control Systems (PLC - SCADA - DCS) with MULTIPOWER INTERNATIONAL which is Siemens authorized system integrator and Siemens solution partner in Iraq & Aflaj Al Khaleej Partner in Oman. They are specialized in industrial automation projects, Oil & Gas, construction and water projects.
I worked as senior automation engineer in the department of project managements in the field of automation control systems (SCADA - HMI - PLC ) with Concorde Corodex Group in corodex industries specialized in water treatment and purification .
I worked as automation engineer in the department of project managements in the field of automation control systems (SCADA - HMI - PLC -DCS) with MISC (Miser Industrial Solution Company) industrial automation systems, which is Siemens, authorized system integrator and Siemens solution partner in automation.
